My name is Chloe Pham. I’m a CELTA certified teacher with recognisable Australian degree and training. I recognise the potential in each one of my students. What I will do is to design customised lesson plan through your scores from VAK learning style test and diagnostic test, and needs analysis. With a customisable approach, I have seen my Melbournian area students’ test scores and grades consistently rise. My educational philosophy is that an ideal language teaching should consist of social and psychological perspectives because these can effectively facilitate learners’ English learning. I also believe that teachers should provide an in-depth language analysis, which can effectively facilitate students’ language learning and understanding in second language acquisition.
